Beverly, MA: Touch-A-Truck Event

Today Soren experienced his first TOUCH A TRUCK event.  As you can imagine, he was in heaven.

He could sit in a cherry picker, lawn mower, army truck, dump truck, ambulance, street sweeper, fire engine, police car, sheriff department paddy wagon and sooo much more.   I have about a thousand photos of him holding the steering wheel.   But it was LOUD!  Every kid honked every horn at the same time…. glad it was over but Soren had fun!

It was sensory overload and the honking of all the trucks was awful – probably hurt her ears as she has tubes she hears it all now.

Author: Stars Stripes and Mayonnaise

A Boston girl currently living in Dublin, Ireland snapping photos and blogging along the way about our family’s journeys from the USA to the UK. We were there for a couple years then onto Ireland for the past 3+ years. As you can probably tell by the name of the blog “Stars, Stripes & Mayonnaise” our family is 1/2 American & 1/2 Dutch and if you know one thing about the Dutch is that they LOVE their mayonnaise! When I started this blog way when it was to capturing memories of our family adventures, their love of mayonnaise, my love of photography, D.I.Y., crafting, sea glass hunting and exploring Europe and beyond with our two amazing kids. It’s essentially a journal of our family.
